Our Initiatives seek to give support to bold projects with potential for high impact
Our initiative projects are large-scale, ongoing efforts designed to advance the mission of Christ In Media. These projects address significant opportunities or challenges requiring extensive planning, resources, and coordination. To ensure alignment with our core values and strategic goals, each initiative must receive approval from both the full board and the Christ In Media Fellows.
The program functions through a structured process: proposals for new initiatives are submitted and reviewed rigorously by the leadership team. Upon initial vetting, they are presented for discussion and approval at the full board meeting, where input from the Christ In Media Fellows is also integral. Once authorized, initiatives enter an active phase involving regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
